You talk with TaskChad on a call
You are on a phone call with TaskChad's AI receptionist about your business. Agreeing to a text is optional and is never a condition of buying anything.
- 2
The receptionist asks first
Before any text, the receptionist reads the consent script below. It names TaskChad, says it is one text, and explains message and data rates, HELP, STOP, and where to find the terms and privacy policy.
- 3
You say yes for your own phone
A text is sent only after a clear yes from the person on the call, to the mobile number that person gives for their own phone. If you say no, nothing is sent. TaskChad never texts someone who did not agree on the call.
- 4
TaskChad sends the demo line you asked for
You receive one text with the demo phone line. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
Consent script the receptionist reads before any text
“Can I text you that demo line? It's one text from TaskChad. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP anytime to opt out. Terms and privacy are at taskchad.com. What's the best cell for it?”
By saying yes, you agree to receive one text message from TaskChad with the demo line you asked for. Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

TaskChad does not send marketing blasts, does not text purchased or shared lists, does not text anyone who did not agree on the call, and never asks for passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive information by text.
